Group Fitness Classes

At Oceana we believe that working out with a Fitness Coach will deliver you the best results. We have small group training boot camp sessions available in Hobart that will help you get the results you’re looking for.

We have a variety of group fitness class styles in our gym and pool. With Express 30 minute and longer 55 minute sessions that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our fitness coaches can help you to modify your workouts to take into account any injuries or restrictions you may have and also make you feel part of a team all working together for a common goal – Results!
